The procedure for granting a new mandate to Arcanum is as follows: 1) ask for the fee quote and approve. Arcanum will send the invoice; 2) complete and sign the Client Information Form (CIF) including the Conditional Management Agreement; 3) Arcanum will then perform its know your customer due diligence, as required by Wtt 2018 law; 4) once the green light can be given by Arcanum, the Conditional Management Agreement will be definitive; 4) the entity will be formed, domiciled and managed as agreed.
The procedure to transfer an existing mandate to Arcanum is as follows: 1) ask for the fee quote and approve. Arcanum will send the invoice; 2) inform Arcanum about your present Dutch operation; 3) complete and sign the Client Information Form (CIF) including the Conditional Management Agreement; 4) Arcanum will then perform its own know your customer due diligence, as required by Wtt 2018 law; 5) once the green light can be given by Arcanum the Conditional Management Agreement will be definitive; 6) then the shareholders meeting will dismiss the present service provider and appoint Arcanum and the present service provider will be informed by Arcanum that Arcanum will take over and you will confirm that and instruct them to maintain the existing bank accounts and to transfer their files to Arcanum.
